Our company is searching for an Associate Brand Manager to perform a key role in developing and executing Carvana’s marketing strategy for our new products and services. This person will have the unique opportunity to join the company in the process of growing and scaling a variety of new initiatives and will be able to help chart the course forward. The Associate Brand Manager will specifically oversee brand positioning and go-to-market strategies for Carvana’s internal and B2B areas of the business. Specifically, they will be responsible for focusing on Adesa and the Carvana Employer Brand, developing integrated marketing strategies across marketing channels, including but not limited to digital, content, social, email, experiential, direct mail and print, partnering closely with internal creative, PR/communications and quantitative marketing teams to develop, execute, and analyze the effectiveness of new and existing marketing programs. This person would ensure connective tissue across brand initiatives, aligning our employer brand with the broader Carvana and Adesa story to our key audiences. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, turning high-level business opportunities into solutions to launch, test, and scale quickly. This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, at our corporate HQ in Tempe, Arizona.
