About The Position

Supports brand strategy development and execution for assigned brands, products, or platforms. Partners cross‑functionally to deliver day‑to‑day brand initiatives that support growth, brand health, and commercial objectives. This role plays an important role in translating brand strategy into effective marketing execution, managing projects, analyzing performance, and continuously building brand management capability. The Associate Brand Manager operates with guidance and coaching, independently manages defined initiatives, and contributes meaningfully to brand and business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1-4 years brand or integrative marketing experience
  • Foundational understanding of brand management and marketing principles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with discipline and attention to detail
  • Strong learning agility and curiosity
  • Effective collaboration across functions and with agency partners
  • Results‑focused mindset with developing strategic perspective

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of brand strategies, positioning, and plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist in planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across packaging, digital, content, promotions, and customer marketing.
  • Lead assigned projects or workstreams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders stay aligned.
  • Support brand licensing and co‑branding initiatives through coordination, asset development, execution support, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Contribute to digital marketing strategies, including content development, digital shelf execution, campaign support, and performance tracking.
  • Support trade management and customer programming through promotional planning, coordination, analysis, and execution support.
  • Partner with Sales, Design, Insights, Product and Innovation to execute brand and marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Support improvements in tools, processes, and ways of working within the Integrated Marketing team.
  • May be required to perform other job-related tasks.
