About The Position
The Associate Boutique Manager leads a retail team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships. The role balances sales and service by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, and manages or escalates operational details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations to support an exceptional shopping experience. The manager oversees the retail team’s day-to-day performance in support of business objectives, progressive career development, and an excellent employee experience. They also work with appropriate Business Support partners to lead the department’s daily functions in support of corporate objectives. The position calls for collaboration, commitment to Aritzia’s Business and People Leadership principles, and representing the brand’s aesthetic and style fundamentals.
