About The Position

The Associate Boutique Manager leads the retail team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships. The role balances sales and service by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, and manages or escalates details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations to enable an exceptional shopping experience.

The Associate Boutique Manager manages the retail team’s day-to-day performance in support of business objectives, while supporting progressive career development and an excellent employee experience. The role also works with appropriate Business Support partners to lead the department’s day-to-day function in support of corporate objectives.
