About The Position

Purple is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to generate sales on the retail floor and contribute to store success and profitability. The role involves assisting customers throughout their buying experience, achieving personal sales and performance goals, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The Sales Associate will develop selling skills and product knowledge while working in a positive environment. Compensation is $14.00 per hour, with eligibility for monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales under the applicable commission agreement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience working in a retail environment is strongly preferred.
