About The Position
The Barista prepares and serves beverages and food items according to recipe standards while providing exceptional customer service. The role calls for someone motivated, outgoing, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, drink preparation and products. The Barista also assists with setup, cleanup, stocking and handling food items, and works in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule.
- A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
