About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. You help clients with their financial goals by building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and connecting them with appropriate solutions. This is a part-time, 30-hour role at the Franklin Park Branch in Franklin Park, New Jersey. The position supports branch success through client service, account servicing and opening, guidance on digital banking tools, and branch operations, while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Service and maintain accounts and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals and provide seamless service.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
