About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and culture through welcoming, attentive service and the use of banking solutions and financial technology. You will contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time, 30-hour role at the Palisades Park Branch in Palisades Park, New Jersey. Reading and speaking both English and Korean are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide friendly, attentive service; greet clients, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing the cash vault, ATM, or other cash devices in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
