About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining friendly, attentive service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. This position is part-time, scheduled for 30 hours, at the Clifton Park Branch in Clifton Park, New York. The role includes welcoming and assisting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic and appointments, servicing accounts and opening new accounts, helping clients with everyday banking and self-service technology, and performing branch operations. All work must follow applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming environment; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
