About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share relevant product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
