About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role contributes to branch success through client service, account servicing and maintenance, new account opening, assistance with everyday banking transactions, and branch operations. You will help clients use digital and self-service banking options and collaborate with branch colleagues to provide seamless service, while complying with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming branch environment; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions, including use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Listen to clients, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch colleagues to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
