About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients achieve their financial goals. The role contributes to branch success through client service, account support, education about self-service banking tools, and branch operations.

Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide attentive and friendly service, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share relevant product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
