About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to deliver exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals while contributing to branch success.

The role includes assisting clients with account servicing, maintenance, and new account opening; helping them use digital and self-service banking tools; and supporting branch operations. All work must comply with applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals, partnering with branch team members as needed.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
