As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create memorable client experiences. You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional service, building trusted client relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
