About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using current banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals.

This position is for 30 hours at the Hingham Shipyard Branch in Hingham, Massachusetts. The role involves welcoming clients, managing lobby traffic and appointments, servicing accounts and opening new accounts, educating clients about banking transactions and self-service technology, and performing branch operations in accordance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with attentive, friendly service; greet them as they enter, use a tablet to manage lobby traffic and waiting queues, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing the cash vault, ATM, or other cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
