About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to deliver exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The position is for 30 hours at the East Longmeadow Branch in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. You create a welcoming branch environment, assist with account servicing and maintenance and new account openings, and help clients with everyday transactions and digital self-service options. You also perform branch operations, including managing cash devices, while following applicable policies, procedures, and banking and regulatory requirements.

- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Cash handling experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients as they enter the branch and provide friendly, attentive service; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
