About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by combining attentive, hospitable service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role is for 30 hours at the Oak Creek Branch in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

You welcome clients, assist with account servicing and new accounts, help clients use digital and self-service banking options, and support branch operations. You work collaboratively with branch colleagues and follow applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
