About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining hospitality, banking technology, and attentive service. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role is based at the Eastside Wright Branch in Janesville, Wisconsin, and is listed as 30 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
