About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining hospitality, banking technology, and attentive service. You contribute to branch success by delivering positive client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The role includes welcoming and assisting clients, servicing accounts, supporting everyday banking needs, and performing branch operations in compliance with applicable policies and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide attentive and friendly service, use a tablet to manage lobby traffic and waiting queues, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
