About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. You contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The role includes greeting and assisting clients in the branch, supporting account servicing and new account opening, educating clients about everyday banking and self-service technology, and performing branch operations. Work must follow applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Cash handling experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming environment by listening to their needs and providing friendly, attentive service.
- Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Help clients with day-to-day banking transactions and demonstrate self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals and deliver seamless service.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing the cash vault, ATM, or other cash devices while following bank policies and procedures.
