About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role contributes to branch success through client service, account servicing and maintenance, new account opening, support with everyday banking and digital self-service options, and branch operations. Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, use a tablet to manage lobby traffic and the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
