About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the company’s brand and culture by creating welcoming, memorable experiences for clients. You will provide attentive service and use banking solutions and financial technology to help clients meet their financial goals. The role contributes to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

This position is for 30 hours at the Lansdowne Promenade Drive Branch in Leesburg, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide attentive, friendly service; manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
