About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. You contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The role includes welcoming clients and managing lobby traffic, servicing accounts and opening new accounts, helping clients complete everyday banking transactions and use self-service technology, and performing branch operations. All work must follow applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, potentially including management of the cash vault, ATM, or other cash devices, while following bank policies and procedures.
