About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. You contribute to branch success by building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients find solutions to achieve their financial goals.

The position involves greeting clients, managing lobby traffic and appointments, assisting with account services and new accounts, educating clients about banking transactions and self-service technology, and supporting branch operations. You are expected to follow bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while working collaboratively with branch colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing the cash vault, ATM, or other cash devices while following bank policies and procedures.
