About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create memorable experiences for clients. You contribute to branch success by building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time position scheduled for 30 hours at the Bartow Branch in Bartow, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with other branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
