About The Position

As an Associate Banker within Chase, you represent the brand and culture through welcoming, attentive service and banking technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. The role involves lobby service, account servicing and new account opening, helping clients with banking technology and everyday transactions, and performing branch operations while following applicable policies and requirements. The position is listed as 30 hours at the West Sedona Branch in Sedona, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
