About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining friendly, attentive service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals.

The role includes welcoming clients, managing lobby traffic and appointments, servicing accounts, opening new accounts, supporting everyday banking transactions, and guiding clients in the use of self-service technology. Associate Bankers also perform branch operations, including managing cash devices, while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide attentive and friendly service, manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
