About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by delivering welcoming, attentive service and helping clients feel valued and understood. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions that help clients work toward their financial goals. The role combines friendly service with banking solutions and financial technology.

This is a part-time position for 20 hours at the Alden Manor Branch in Elmont, New York.

Requirements

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions to help clients pursue their financial goals.
• Partner with branch team members to provide service and support client goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
