About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the company’s brand and culture by delivering welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to support clients. You will contribute to branch success by providing exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This position is part-time for 20 hours at the Alden Manor Branch in Elmont, New York.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, showing empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
