About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. You contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The position is for 30 hours at the Morrisville Plaza Blvd Branch in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and create a welcoming environment.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Partner with branch team members to provide service and support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
