About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role contributes to branch success through client service, account support, technology education, and branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch; manage lobby traffic and the waiting queue using a tablet; and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
