About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing hospitable, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time position for 20 hours at the Euclid Lakeshore Branch in Euclid, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with other branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing the cash vault, ATM, or other cash devices, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
