About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and combining banking solutions and financial technology with a personal touch. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This position is part-time, 20 hours, at the Sunrise Blvd and Douglas Rd Branch in Rancho Cordova, California.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide attentive service, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch colleagues to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
