About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create memorable client experiences. You contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This position is part time, scheduled for 30 hours, at the Apple Valley Branch in Apple Valley, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide friendly and attentive service, manage lobby traffic and the waiting queue using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch colleagues.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
