About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by combining friendly, attentive service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This position is part-time for 30 hours at the Gateway Branch in Richmond, Indiana.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients entering the branch, provide attentive and friendly service, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
