About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time role listed as 30 hours at the Westport Main St Branch in Westport, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, manage lobby traffic and the waiting queue using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch colleagues.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
