About The Position

At Chase, Associate Bankers represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to support clients. The role contributes to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals.

This is a part-time position for 30 hours at the Stony Hill Danbury Branch in Danbury, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
