About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and its culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role contributes to branch success through client service, account support, technology education, and branch operations. This position is part-time for 30 hours at the Stony Hill Danbury Branch in Danbury, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Help clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
