About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by delivering welcoming, attentive service and using current banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The role is part-time, scheduled for 30 hours, at the Pleasant Hill Branch in Pleasant Hill, California.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Help clients with day-to-day banking transactions and explain self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals in partnership with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
