About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining friendly, attentive service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals.

This is a part-time position scheduled for 30 hours at the St Louis Hills Branch in St Louis, Missouri. The role includes welcoming clients, servicing accounts, opening accounts, guiding clients in using digital and self-service banking tools, and carrying out branch operations in accordance with applicable policies and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide attentive and friendly service, use a tablet to manage lobby traffic and check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
