About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by delivering friendly, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create memorable client experiences. You contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide attentive and friendly service, manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
