About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining attentive, welcoming service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The role includes client service, account servicing and maintenance, opening accounts, helping clients use digital and self-service banking options, and performing branch operations in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Cash handling experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Service and maintain accounts and open new accounts while following policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Help clients complete day-to-day banking transactions and use self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
