About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining friendly, attentive service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals.

The role involves welcoming and assisting clients in the branch, handling account servicing and new account openings, educating clients about everyday banking and self-service technology, and supporting branch operations. The position is listed as 30 hours and is located at the Pike and Acme branch in Marietta, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide attentive, friendly service; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Service and maintain accounts and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Help clients with day-to-day banking transactions and educate them about self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
