This role focuses on adjusting non-injury auto claims under supervision, involving investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and adjustment of low complexity auto insurance claims for members. The position encompasses the end-to-end claims process, settling claims in compliance with state laws and regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service by setting expectations, communicating proactively, and providing advice for appropriate solutions. The role offers a comprehensive, paid 9-week training program covering all materials, licensing costs, and hands-on guidance. After six months in-office, there is an opportunity for hybrid work, with 2 days offsite per week. Military veterans and spouses are highly encouraged to apply.
