This role focuses on adjusting non-injury auto claims under supervision, involving investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and adjustment of low complexity auto insurance claims. The position handles the end-to-end claims process, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service by setting expectations, communicating proactively, and providing advice for appropriate solutions. USAA offers a comprehensive, fully paid 9-week training program that covers all training materials, licensing costs, class discussions, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and instructor-led guidance to support members independently. The in-office development program aims to foster a proactive and independent support style. Military spouses of active-duty service members in the Eastern Standard Time Zone are particularly encouraged to apply. Work schedules may vary and include some weekends. Travel to a regional office might be required during training.
