About The Position
PSI is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its legal team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys to provide legal support across various practice areas. The role offers an opportunity to develop litigation and transactional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Must be barred in California.
Nice To Haves
- 2–5 years of litigation experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Assist in case preparation, including discovery and trial preparation.
- Negotiate and draft contracts and other transactional documents.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
