About The Position

Tromberg, Miller, Morris & Partners, PLLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Texas Associate Attorney to work in its Plano, Texas office, focusing exclusively on non-judicial foreclosure. The role manages the full non-judicial foreclosure workflow, from initial client referral through the post-sale phase, along with related transactional and probate matters. It is a high-volume position requiring exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision and proactively ask questions when necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience with Texas non-judicial foreclosures.
• Experience reviewing Texas real property title.
• Experience with the CaseAware case management system.
• Prior experience working in client portals, including BKFS/LPS and Tempo.

Responsibilities

• Manage the non-judicial foreclosure process from initial client referral through the post-sale phase.
• Review client documents for statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Examine pre-foreclosure title reports to confirm clear title or identify and address title defects.
• Draft legal documents necessary to complete the non-judicial foreclosure process.
• Review and handle related probate matters.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, borrowers, and outside attorneys.
• Meet legal and client deadlines promptly and accurately.
