About The Position

Our client, a Civil Litigation Public Entity Defense Firm, is seeking an associate attorney to join a growing practice. Our client is looking for an attorney with sufficient experience to independently manage aggressively litigated, high-exposure matters, or an attorney with three years of experience who is eager to learn, develop, and assume increasing responsibility. Experience with Employment Litigation is strongly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, advanced legal research and writing skills, and a positive, productive approach to their work. Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in good standing
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Commitment to ethical legal practice
