Requirements

3+ years of civil litigation experience
Experience handling matters involving general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes
Current admission to the California State Bar
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Exceptional communication and advocacy skills
Client-focused mindset
Passion for achieving successful outcomes

Nice To Haves

Arbitration and/ trial experience
Experience supervising law clerks and junior associates

Responsibilities

Handling own caseload of litigation matters
Managing commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims

Propounding and responding to discovery
Drafting motions and legal briefs
Taking and defending depositions
