About The Position
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a focus on Retail & Commercial Defense Litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in civil litigation, insurance defense, or catastrophic injury. This role requires a JD from an accredited law school, an active Texas Bar membership, and proven skills in deposition and motion writing. Strong communication and time management abilities are essential.
Requirements
- Doctor of Law (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Texas Bar
- 3-6 years of litigation experience in civil, insurance defense, auto/trucking, or tort
- Proven deposition and motion writing skills
- Strong communicator
